HR Executive

We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle – from identifying hiring needs to onboarding successful candidates. You will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Discussing qualification requirements and terms and conditions of employment with managers. 

• Formulating detailed job descriptions and posting them.

• Source and attract qualified candidates through a variety of channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking.

• Screen resumes and conducts phone interviews to identify qualified candidates. 

• Coordinate and conduct in-person interviews with candidates. 

• Assess candidates' skills and experience to determine their fit for the role. 

• Manage the hiring process from start to finish. 

• Track and report on hiring metrics. 

• Interviewing candidates on the shortlist and maintaining a database on employees for future vacancies. 
  

Qualification Criteria:

• Graduation is compulsory (in any relevant field)

• Age criteria is 21 to 27 year

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Networking and convincing power.

• It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
