Position: HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment

- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media

- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with department heads

- Manage offer rollouts and onboarding process

- Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports

Generalist Functions

- Assist in monthly salary calculations and attendance tracking
