Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Commerce, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in Payroll Management, Statutory Compliance, and Recruitment.
Knowledge of PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labor Laws, and Payroll Processing.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential employee information with integrity and professionalism.
Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
