About the Role

The Premium Basket is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Intern to support recruitment, employee coordination, scheduling, and day-to-day HR operations. This internship offers practical exposure to hiring, HR processes, employee engagement, and workplace coordination in a fast-growing company environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment activities including job posting, screening, and interview coordination

  • Manage overall scheduling and coordination for interviews, meetings, and internal discussions

  • Coordinate calendar availability with founders, management, candidates, and team members

  • Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and HR records

  • Support onboarding & offboarding for joining formalities for candidates and employees

  • Assist in attendance tracking and leave management

  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication

  • Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and documentation

  • Assist in preparing offer letters and employee documents

  • Coordinate with job portals and hiring platforms

  • Support HR operations, policies, and administrative activities

  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and workplace discipline

  • Coordinate and manage internal communication through WhatsApp groups and communities efficiently

Required Skills

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong coordination and organizational abilities

  • Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes

  • Familiarity with WhatsApp Communities and professional communication handling

  • Knowledge of Zoho applications and scheduling tools preferred

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets, and basic office tools

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Professional attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred Experience

  • Internship or academic project experience in HR is an added advantage

  • Freshers and final-year students can apply

Qualification

  • Pursuing or completed BBA, BMS, B.Com, MBA (HR), or related field

Salary

  • ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on skills and performance)
