HR Executive

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated HR Executive to join our growing team at Shreenath Agro Tech Pvt. Ltd..
This role will handle the end-to-end recruitment process along with core HR responsibilities like compliance, payroll, employee engagement, POSH, and other day-to-day HR activities.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update job descriptions for various positions

• Source, engage, and attract candidates through multiple platforms

• Screen resumes, schedule & conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates

• Post job openings on job portals and social media

• Conduct background checks and complete onboarding formalities

• Collaborate with managers to understand current & future hiring needs

• Ensure smooth handling of HR compliance, payroll, and daily HR operations

✅ Job Requirements:

• Qualification: BBA, MBA IN HR PREFERABLE

• Experience: Min 3 yrs

• Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance, payroll, and POSH

• Good communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in sourcing techniques & HR tools

• Ability to manage multiple tasks with sound judgment

• Must be open to working [Insert Working Days]
