Job Summary:
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee engagement. The role ensures smooth HR processes and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
Coordinate with site managers for manpower requirements
Manage employee onboarding and documentation
Conduct induction for new employees
2. Attendance & Payroll Support
Monitor employee attendance through biometric systems
Maintain and update muster rolls and attendance records
Coordinate with accounts/payroll team for salary processing
Handle leave records and discrepancies
3. Employee Records & Documentation
Maintain employee personal files and HR database
Ensure proper documentation (Aadhar card, PAN card, etc.)
Update employee records regularly
4. Employee Relations
Address employee queries and concerns
Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with company policies
Support employee engagement activities
5. Compliance & HR Operations
Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws
Maintain statutory records and registers
Assist in audits and inspections
6. Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with site managers for HR-related activities
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly HR reports
Share updates with management
