Strategic Planning: Workforce planning for your expansion

Policy Development: Create HR policies for multi-location operations

Business Partnership: Advise on organizational structure

Compliance Strategy: Ensure all locations follow labor laws

Cost Management: Optimize HR costs across 4 locations

Daily Operations: Manage attendance, payroll, leave management

Employee Relations: Handle grievances, conflicts between locations

Performance Management: Set KPIs for warehouse and station staff

Statutory Compliance: PF, ESI, labor law compliance

Multi-location Coordination: Bridge communication gaps

Sourcing and Screening Guidelines:
- Good written & oral communications skills.
-English communication must be fluent
-Immediate joiners would be given priority.
-Candidate must stay nearby (travel time to the office shouldn't be more than 60 mins)
