To ensure all joining formalities are completed by the short-listed candidate before making him/her join the organization.
Preparation & Issuance of Appointment Letter, JD & Clinical Privilege.
Issuing NOC/Still working certificate to employees
Creating Personal records in HIS
HR Operational activities such as Issuing I card, Opening bank account etc. and maintaining records for the same
Handling Payroll and leave management
Ensuring all statutory compliances are followed and maintaining necessary reports and returns.
Maintaining records and registers required to meet NABH Standards.
To undertake any other task as and when assigned by the Supervisor/GM-HR or by the Management.
