Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, offer letters).
Coordinate joining formalities and documentation.
Conduct induction and onboarding programs for new employees.
2. HR Operations
Maintain employee records and HR MIS reports.
Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
Prepare HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, warning, etc.).
3. Employee Relations
Address employee queries and grievances.
Ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Support employee engagement activities and events.
4. Compliance & Policies
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Maintain statutory records (PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.).
Assist in policy formulation and implementation.
5. Performance Management
Support appraisal process and performance reviews.
Maintain training records and coordinate learning & development programs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR / MBA (HR) preferred.
1–4 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.
Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
