Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment and candidate coordination

  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels

  • Schedule interviews and maintain candidate records

  • Support joining, onboarding, and HR documentation

  • Assist with employee engagement and HR activities

  • Maintain attendance, leave, and other HR records

  • Support the HR team with daily administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Graduate / pursuing graduation in HR, Management, or a related field

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Freshers are welcome
