We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive (Sarthi HR Consultancy) who will handle a balanced role of Talent Acquisition and HR Recruitment/Operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both hiring and core HR responsibilities.

Required Candidate profile

Calling, Screening, Scheduling interview & Onboarding of Candidates

End-to-end recruitment from Hire to retire. (sourcing to onboarding)
Screening resumes & conducting initial interviews
Managing job portals (Naukri, Job Hai etc.)

6 Days working – 2nd & 4th Saturday Half Day.

Salary depends on Candidate’s Calibre.
