Position: Senior HR Executive
Gender Preference: Female
Experience Required: Minimum 3–5 years in HR operations with a complete understanding of end-to-end HR functions
Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month (negotiable for deserving candidates)
Key Responsibilities:
Handling end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Managing attendance, payroll preparation, and maintaining HR records.
Complete handling of EPF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.
Managing the employee lifecycle: joining, confirmation, appraisal, and exit formalities.
Drafting HR letters, policies, and maintaining employee documentation.
Handling employee grievances and ensuring discipline.
Preparing HR MIS reports and assisting in audits.
Coordinating with departments and management for smooth HR functioning.
Key Requirements:
In-depth knowledge of HR operations, EPF/ESI procedures, and compliance management.
Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and HR-related documentation.
Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
