Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated HR Executive to handle a variety of human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle •end-to-end recruitment process•• – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain •employee records••, attendance, and leave management systems.
Prepare and issue •offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents••.
Assist in •payroll coordination•• and maintain employee database.
Support in •performance appraisal process•• and HR policy implementation.
Conduct •employee engagement activities•• and handle grievances professionally.
Ensure compliance with •labor laws and company policies••.
• Coordinate with management for manpower planning and HR reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Proven experience in HR operations or recruitment (preferred).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and HR software (if any).
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
