Job Title: HR Executive (Healthcare Industry)
Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Industry: Healthcare (Hospitals / Clinics / Diagnostic Centers)
Experience Required: Minimum 1–3 years in Healthcare HR (Mandatory)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Executive with prior experience in the Healthcare Industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and HR administration within a healthcare setup.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Staffing
Handle end-to-end recruitment for medical and non-medical staff (Doctors, Nurses, Technicians, Admin staff)
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with department heads
Manage onboarding and joining formalities
2. Employee Onboarding & Documentation
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Ensure proper verification of licenses and certifications (for healthcare staff)
Conduct induction and orientation programs
3. Attendance & Payroll Support
Manage attendance, leave records, and shift scheduling
Coordinate with accounts team for payroll processing
4. Employee Relations
Address employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters
Maintain a positive and professional work environment
5. Compliance & HR Operations
Ensure compliance with labor laws and healthcare regulations
Maintain HR policies and procedures
Handle audits and statutory documentation
6. Exit Management
Conduct exit interviews and handle full & final settlements
Maintain attrition reports and records
Key Requirements:
Prior experience in Healthcare / Hospital HR is mandatory
Good knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
Educational Qualification:
Graduate in any field
MBA / PGDM in HR (Preferred)
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Immediate joiners preferred
Candidates residing near Kandivali West or nearby areas will be given preference
