Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

Handle end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, offer letters).
Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.

2. Employee Relations

Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Support conflict resolution and maintain positive work culture.
Conduct employee engagement activities.

3. Payroll & Compensation

Assist in payroll preparation and attendance management.
Maintain employee records related to salary, benefits, and leave.
Coordinate with finance department for salary processing.

4. Performance Management

Assist in performance appraisal process.
Track KPIs and employee evaluations.
Support training and development initiatives.

5. HR Administration

Maintain and update employee files and HR databases.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Prepare HR reports and documentation.
