Job Description

We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations for our manufacturing client. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR activities, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation

• Assist in payroll coordination and attendance management

• Manage employee queries and support HR policies implementation

• Coordinate training, engagement, and statutory compliance activities

• Support HR audits and administrative tasks

Requirements:

• 6 months to 5 years of HR experience (manufacturing experience preferred)

• Good understanding of HR operations & labour laws

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (preferred)
