Purpose:
The Human Resource Executive is responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, payroll, and compliance with labor laws.

Role Accountabilities:
o Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
o Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
o Handle employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
o Manage performance appraisal systems and employee evaluations.
o Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
o Address employee grievances and resolve conflict and disputes between employees to foster a positive work environment.
o Organize employee engagement activities and events.
o Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
o Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
o Support strategic HR initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
o Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management.
o Monitor and improve employee attendance and punctuality.
o Manage disciplinary actions and ensure compliance with company policies.
o Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and skill gaps.
o Prepare and analyze HR reports, including turnover, recruitment metrics, and employee satisfaction.
o Ensure timely and accurate processing of promotions, transfers, and terminations.
Minimum Entry Qualifications
o Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
o Proficiency in HR management software.
o Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
o Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Minimum Experience
5+ years of experience in human resource management.
