Key Responsibilities
• Establish and streamline a complete HR set-up for the organization.
• Develop short-term and long-term HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Design and implement HR SOPs, HR policies, Employee Manual / HR Manual.
• Conduct annual and quarterly manpower planning with department heads.
• Design and execute the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding).
• Conduct market competitor salary surveys to support hiring and increment decisions.
• Prepare and manage HR budgeting and cost control.
• Work on complete CTC structuring – fixed, variable pay, performance-linked pay, and other components.
• Conduct periodic compensation benchmarking and salary revision analysis.
• Manage daily HR operations, employee documentation, and employee lifecycle management.
• Handle employee grievance redressal and provide timely resolutions.
• Ensure smooth and efficient HR service delivery across departments.
• Plan, execute and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Drive succession planning for key positions.
• Design, implement, and manage Performance Appraisal Systems.
• Conduct periodic reviews and coordinate with department heads for evaluations.
• Support performance improvement plans and growth mapping.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities to enhance workplace culture.
• Drive Organizational Development (OD) initiatives to improve productivity and morale.
• Foster performance culture and recognition programs.
• Handle statutory compliance such as PF, ESIC, Shop Act and other labour laws.
• Coordinate with Compliance consultants where required.
• Manage compliance audits, shop act audits, labour inspections etc.
