As part of our expansion, we are looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter to strengthen our hiring process and build a reliable team.
Job Role & Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment process
Post job openings on job portals and social platforms
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
Coordinate and schedule interviews with management
Maintain recruitment tracker and candidate database
Ensure timely closure of open positions
Assist in joining and basic documentation process
Candidate Requirements
Female candidate preferred
1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR
Experience in hiring for corporate roles
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals
Organized, disciplined, and able to work independently
