Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical, managerial, and leadership roles across alloy manufacturing, plant operations, engineering, supply chain, and corporate functions.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters; set performance targets, conduct reviews, and ensure delivery against hiring TAT (turnaround time) metrics.
• Partner with department heads and business leaders to understand workforce requirements and develop strategic hiring plans aligned to business growth.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, campus partnerships, employee referrals, and industry networks.
• Drive diversity hiring initiatives and build a robust talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
• Own the full candidate lifecycle: sourcing → screening → assessment → offer → onboarding.
• Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience at every touchpoint.
• Track, analyse, and report on recruitment KPIs including cost per hire, time to fill, offer acceptance rate, and quality of hire.
• Stay current on talent market trends in the metals, alloys, and heavy industry sectors.
B. Operations (20%)
• Oversee HR operations processes such as employee data management, HRIS maintenance, onboarding documentation.
• Support policy implementation applicable to the manufacturing industry.
• Contribute to HR process improvement initiatives and SOPs to increase operational efficiency.
• Assist in workforce planning, headcount budgeting, and reporting for senior leadership reviews.
