Job Summary

Pitambra Film & Production LLP is looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee coordination, attendance, documentation, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the confidence to handle employees professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.

• Prepare and maintain employee records, HR documents, and personnel files.

• Handle employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.

• Monitor attendance, leave, and employee records.

• Coordinate payroll-related information with the accounts/management team.

• Address employee queries and assist in resolving workplace concerns.

• Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.

• Conduct employee engagement activities and support a positive work environment.

• Prepare HR reports related to recruitment, attendance, employee performance, and attrition.

• Ensure compliance with applicable company policies and employment regulations.

• Coordinate with management regarding employee performance and disciplinary matters.

• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• Professional attitude and good employee-handling skills.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

• MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.

• 1–3 years of relevant HR experience preferred.
