Job Description:
As an Executive - HR at PAN Healthcare Pvt. Ltd, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for various departments within the specified timeframes. Your role is crucial in fostering a positive and productive work environment by attracting top talent for sales, marketing, and technical positions across our corporate office and manufacturing facilities.
Job Reasonability:
HRMIS Management:
• Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to build a talented and diverse workforce.
• Conduct onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Conduct new hire orientations and ensure all onboarding paperwork is completed.
• Coordinate with training and development teams to schedule necessary training for new employees.
Employee Relations:
• Act as a point of contact for sales employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Address and resolve employee concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives and programs within the sales department.
Performance Management:
• Support the performance appraisal process for the sales team.
• Track and report on performance review completion and follow-up actions.
• Assist managers in developing performance improvement plans for underperforming employees.
Administrative Support:
• Maintain and update personnel files and other HR-related documentation.
• Prepare and process HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination paperwork.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events for the sales department
Qualifications and Skills Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Recruiter in sales, marketing, and technical recruitment.
• Familiarity with recruitment MIS and data analytics.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
