Job Description:

              As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract, engage, and hire the best talent in the industry. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to meet the company's staffing needs.

·       Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

·       Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.

·       Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.

·       Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

·       Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

·       Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

·       Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role, preferably in the steel or manufacturing industry.

·       Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

·       Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
