We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive who will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities. The candidate should have strong knowledge of job portals, candidate sourcing, and be confident in handling cold calling to attract and engage potential candidates.
Handle end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Source potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, apna app, job hai, and networking.
Conduct cold calling to reach and engage with prospective candidates.
Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for future hiring needs.
Support HR activities like employee engagement, documentation, and onboarding when required.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (1–3 years) in recruitment or HR domain.
Strong working knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Shine, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in cold calling and candidate engagement.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Good organizational and time management skills.
