We are hiring an HR Executive to support end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate screening, coordination with vendors, and follow-ups to ensure timely closures.
Key Responsibilities:
Screen profiles from job portals and internal referrals
Coordinate with resource-providing companies/vendors for relevant profiles
Share requirements clearly and follow up for timely submissions
Shortlist resumes as per role requirements and quality benchmarks
Coordinate interviews and maintain hiring trackers
Ensure tasks are completed within defined timelines
Requirements:
6m–3 years of experience in HR/recruitment support
Hands-on experience with job boards and vendor coordination
Good communication and follow-up skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and close dependencies efficiently
