Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Noida

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, payroll, HRMS handling, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, good knowledge of HR processes, and proficiency in Excel.


Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • End-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)

  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning

  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate database

2. Payroll & Attendance

  • Payroll processing and coordination with accounts

  • Attendance management, leave tracking, and statutory compliance support

  • Handle salary slips, deductions, and employee queries

3. HR Operations & HRMS

  • Maintain employee records on HRMS

  • Update policies, employee data, and reports

  • Support performance appraisal and HR documentation

4. Administration

  • Office administration and vendor coordination

  • Maintain employee files, letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, exit)

  • Support compliance and internal audits

5. Reporting & MIS

  • Prepare HR reports using Excel

  • Maintain HR dashboards and data accuracy


Skills Required

  • HR Administration

  • MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)

  • Good communication & coordination skills

  • Knowledge of HR policies & compliance (basic)

  • Graduate with 1–5 years of HR experience

  • Hands-on experience in recruitment and payroll

  • Organized, confidential, and people-oriented

  • Ability to multitask and work independently


Salary: As per industry standards

Working Days: 6 days
