Recruitment Associate

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, defense/aerospace communities, job portals, networking, and referrals.

• Build and nurture pipelines for Start-up roles.

• Identify and engage passive candidates for niche and senior roles.

Recruitment Delivery

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing → screening → coordination → negotiation → closure.

• Conduct detailed technical & behavioral screening aligned to client needs.

• Drive recruitment for security-cleared, confidential, and time-sensitive positions.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Communicate professionally with client hiring managers, understand requirements, and suggest improvements.

• Share market intelligence, salary trends, and competitor insights.

Process & Reporting

• Maintain accurate data in ATS/Trackers.

• Submit daily/weekly recruitment updates.

• Follow all compliance, documentation, and confidentiality protocols.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–5 years of recruitment experience (technical/engineering preferred).

• Strong sourcing skills using Boolean search, social media, niche platforms.

• Experience hiring for Non IT , IT , Automotive, Engineering, Aerospace, Defense, Semiconductor, R&D roles is an advantage.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
