Job Requirements:

We're seeking experienced recruiters from consulting organizations with a proven track record of bulk hiring. If you have 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition and a passion for meeting challenging hiring targets, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Logistic Hiring/Blue collar/Packer Piker Bulk Hiring(Zepto / Amazon store hiring)

- Manage high-volume recruitment processes

- Source and screen candidates

- Conduct interviews and assessments

- Meet hiring targets and deadlines

1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a consulting organization

- Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and best practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary:- 20,000 to 30,000 inhand+ other benefit (as per interview)
