HR Executive

• Statutory Compliance Management

  • Ensure timely registration, filing, and remittance of Provident Fund (PF), Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), and other statutory dues.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for PF, ESIC, and labor law audits.

  • Liaise with government authorities and consultants for compliance-related matters.

• Labor Law Administration

  • Monitor and implement compliance with applicable labor laws (e.g., Shops & Establishments Act, Payment of Wages Act, Minimum Wages Act, etc.).

  • Maintain registers and returns as per statutory requirements.

  • Handle inspections and respond to notices from labor departments.

• Audit & Reporting

• Prepare monthly compliance reports and dashboards for management review.

• Coordinate internal and external audits related to HR and labor compliance.
