Qualifications:
BMS, BBA, or any Graduate degree.
1 - 3 years of experience as HR Executive.
Key Skills Required:
Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
Proficient in Internet usage & MS Office tools.
Ability to understand and parse technical job descriptions.
Knowledge of social media recruitment trends and sourcing methods.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals and social media.
Evaluate candidate skills and coordinate interview scheduling.
Ensure timely closure of requirements within defined turnaround times (TAT).
Draft and post job descriptions across multiple platforms.
Conduct market research on salary benchmarks and recruitment trends.
Support HR operations including:
On boarding & off boarding formalities.
Leave & attendance management.
General HR administration tasks.
