Coordinate end-to-end overseas recruitment process for GCC clients, from demand letter to candidate mobilization.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, agencies, and internal databases.
Prepare and forward candidate CVs and documents as per client specifications.
Coordinate with clients for interview schedules (online / face-to-face) and ensure smooth execution.
Maintain communication with candidates regarding job details, visa processing, and joining updates.
Handle Ministry of Labour (MOL), Visa, and Emigration documentation in compliance with GCC regulations.
Ensure timely submission of medical test reports, PCC, and other mandatory clearances.
Follow up with travel agents for ticket booking and deployment schedules.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.
Coordinate with internal departments (Accounts, Operations, HR) for processing candidate-related requirements.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and long-term business.
Handle last-minute changes, candidate dropouts, and replacements efficiently.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and GCC recruitment regulations.
Provide regular status reports to management and clients on recruitment progress.
Support business development team in preparing proposals, tenders, and client presentations.
