HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding).

• Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.

• Handle employee queries and provide support in HR policies and procedures.

• Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.

• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Gratuity, etc.).

• Assist in drafting HR letters (appointment, confirmation, increment, warning, resignation, relieving, etc.).

• Support performance management processes and appraisal cycles.

• Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.

• Manage employee exits, full & final settlements, and exit interviews.

• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and maintain documentation.
