Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Executive to join our Human Resources department. The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, payroll assistance, and compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment and selection processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).

• Handle employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.

• Maintain and update employee records (physical and digital).

• Support payroll processing and attendance tracking.

• Assist in performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.

• Coordinate employee engagement and welfare activities.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

• Address employee queries and provide necessary support.

• Maintain HR reports and metrics for internal analysis.

• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Required Skills:

• Good understanding of HR processes and best practices.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

• Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR software (preferred).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR, or equivalent) is a plus.)
