Job Description
-Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
-Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and assist in candidate selection.
-Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
-Coordinate with the finance department for payroll processing.
-Verify attendance, leaves, and overtime records.
-Track employee performance metrics and assist in feedback sessions.
