The HR Department is responsible for the complete employee life cycle, including manpower planning, recruitment, on boarding, training, performance management, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and separation processes. Given the nature of our business—covering CCTV systems, fire safety solutions, alarm systems, and security services—the department places strong emphasis on technical competency, regulatory adherence, and ethical conduct.
Key responsibilities of the HR Department include:
Recruitment and deployment of qualified technical staff, engineers, supervisors, and support personnel
Structured induction and continuous training to ensure operational excellence and compliance with safety standards
Implementation of HR policies, service rules, and disciplinary procedures
Payroll management, attendance monitoring, leave administration, and statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, labour laws, etc.)
Performance evaluation, productivity tracking, and career development planning
Employee welfare, grievance handling, and workplace discipline
Supporting management with HR analytics, manpower optimization, and organizational development initiatives
