We are looking for a HR Executive to join our team at Digi1 Electronics Private Limited to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Process monthly payroll for all employees accurately and within deadlines.
Verify attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, reimbursements, and deductions before payroll processing.
Calculate salaries, bonuses, arrears, full & final settlements, and statutory deductions.
Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, Labour Welfare Fund, and other applicable statutory regulations.
Prepare and submit statutory returns and maintain compliance records.
Coordinate with Finance for salary disbursement and payroll reconciliation.
Generate salary slips and resolve employee payroll-related queries.
Maintain employee payroll records and ensure confidentiality of payroll data.
Prepare monthly payroll reports, MIS, and statutory reports.
Support payroll audits and maintain all payroll documentation.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 5 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
