Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Payroll Executive who can handle employee salary processing, attendance, PF, ESIC, and HR documentation. The candidate should have good knowledge of payroll software, Excel, and labor compliance.

Roles & Responsibilities

Process monthly payroll for employees
Maintain attendance, leave, and salary records
Handle PF, ESIC, PT, and TDS deductions
Generate salary slips and payroll reports
Maintain employee joining and exit formalities
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents
Coordinate with employees for payroll queries
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Update employee data in HRMS/payroll software

Required Skills

Knowledge of payroll process
Basic knowledge of PF & ESIC
Good communication skills
MS Excel knowledge
Attention to detail
Time management skills
