We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team and support the organization’s human resources operations. The HR Executive will play a key role in managing core HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll support, compliance, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems with accuracy.
Assist in designing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
Coordinate induction and training programs to ensure smooth employee integration.
Support payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations.
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
Assist in performance appraisal processes and talent development activities.
Generate HR reports and provide insights for management decision-making.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of HR experience preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
