We are looking for a HR Executive to join our team Dangi Recruitment to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18000 - ₹25000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain daily attendance data sheets
Handle new employee joining formalities, including:
Collecting documents and onboarding details
Adding employee punch-in records in ESSL and HRMS software
Manage and coordinate manpower deployment, including sourcing from villages and arranging tickets
Prepare advance forms and related tracking sheets
Provide quick resolutions to minor employee-related issues
Submit daily attendance reports to higher authorities
Maintain proper filing and documentation of all HR records
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including:
Muster Roll Register
Leave Register
ID Card Issuance
Adult Worker Register
Exit/Resignation records
Plan and execute Employee Engagement Activities (festivals, birthdays, team events, etc.)
Good command over MS Excel, documentation, and familiarity with HRMS systems
Experience or willingness to work in a factory/manufacturing environment
Strong communication, coordination, and compliance handling skills.
Basic knowledge of EPFO portal operations and employee PF withdrawal process is a plus.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 5 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
