Key Responsibilities:
1. Online Marketing & Sales Coordination
Execute online marketing activities as guided by management.
Prepare and send quotations to clients.
Coordinate with customers for inquiries, follow-ups, and order confirmations.
2. Accounting & Documentation (Tally)
Prepare invoices and maintain sales records.
Track outstanding payments and follow up with clients.
Maintain GST-related data and coordinate with the accountant for returns.
3. Office Administration
Oversee day-to-day office operations, including porter, courier dispatch, and petty cash handling.
Manage staff attendance, salaries, and HR-related tasks.
Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth workflow.
