Role Overview
We are looking for an HR Executive who will manage Payroll, Statutory Compliance, and Attendance for our shoe manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR operations and factory compliances.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Hiring
Handle end-to-end recruitment for staff, workers, and supervisors.
Source candidates through portals, references, and local networks.
Schedule interviews, coordinate with department heads, and close positions on time.
Maintain recruitment MIS and ensure manpower availability as per requirement.
2. Payroll Management
Prepare and process monthly payroll for all employees.
Ensure accurate calculation of salary, overtime, deductions, incentives, and leaves.
Maintain payroll records in Excel / GreytHR / Metrix and resolve any salary discrepancies.
Coordinate with the accounts team for salary disbursement.
3. Compliance Management
Handle statutory compliances such as ESIC, PF, Bonus, Gratuity, and Labour Laws.
Prepare monthly challans, returns, and compliance reports.
Maintain statutory registers as required under the Factory Act.
Coordinate with government authorities and auditors during inspections.
4. Attendance & Leave Management
Monitor daily attendance through biometric or manual systems.
Maintain leave records and track absenteeism.
Prepare monthly attendance sheets for payroll processing.
Manage shift schedules and update attendance data.
5. HR Documentation & Records
Maintain employee personal files and HR documentation.
Handle onboarding, exit formalities, and employee queries.
Ensure proper documentation for contractors and labour workforce.
Support employee engagement activities and culture-building initiatives for the white-collar workforce.
