Position: Human Resource Executive

Experience Required: 3–5 Years
Qualification: MBA in HR

Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Human Resource professional to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, performance management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).

• Maintaining employee records and HR documentation.

• Handling payroll, attendance, and leave management.

• Designing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

• Organizing employee engagement activities and training programs.

• Supporting performance appraisal and career development processes.

• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

• Acting as a bridge between management and employees.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of HR software / MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.

• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

• Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance will be an added advantage.
