💰 Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 (in-hand) + Growth Opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Create and update detailed job descriptions in line with business needs
✅ Source and engage candidates using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, Indeed, etc.
✅ Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate evaluation tests
✅ Post and advertise openings on job portals and social media platforms
✅ Shortlist candidates and collaborate with hiring managers for smooth onboarding
✅ Conduct background checks and ensure compliance with recruitment policies

Job Requirements:

🎓 Qualification: Graduate (MBA/MCA/B.Tech/BCA/BBA preferred)
🕒 Experience: 2 – 5 years of experience in IT Recruitment (mandatory)
🧠 Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, resume databases, and hiring strategies
💬 Excellent verbal & written communication skills
📅 Willingness to work 5 days a week (On-site)
