Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws, HR regulations, and statutory requirements.
Lead HR compliance operations and oversee facility administration for the repair & refurbish unit.
Act as a bridge between management, employees, and regulatory bodies.
Ensure adherence to statutory laws: ESI, EPF, Gratuity, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, etc.
Lead payroll compliance – attendance, leave, and wage-related data coordination.
Manage statutory inspections, audits, and documentation with external agencies.
Oversee facility & vendor management – AMC contracts, repair, maintenance, housekeeping, security, and utilities.
Maintain compliance registers & statutory records (PF/ESIC inspections, Maternity, Accident, Advance, Fine Registers, etc.).
Ensure safe, clean, and compliant workplace environment (factory staff & office).
Support employee onboarding, induction, and record-keeping.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (HR, Finance, IT, Admin).
Drive continuous improvement in HR compliance systems and processes.
Graduate / MBA (HR/Finance).
6–8 years of HR compliance & statutory experience (preferably in factory/plant operations).
Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll compliance, and factory regulations.
Experience in vendor & facility management.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Ethical, proactive, and result-driven.
