Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and target-driven HR Executive for our consultancy firm. The role involves handling end-to-end recruitment for multiple clients, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring timely closures of open positions. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for client requirements (IT / Non-IT / Bulk hiring as applicable).
Understand job requirements from clients and create effective sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Follow up with candidates and clients for feedback.
Manage offer negotiation and ensure smooth onboarding.
Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
