HR Executive

Responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating & recruiting applicants for a variety of IT & Non-IT positions,. Sourcing and screening potential candidates from effective usage of Internal Systems / Database, Job Portals, Postings and Networking within time frame, Maintaining employee’s personal files and database. Coordinating in Employees Induction Coordinating in the payroll. Preparing various letters like offer letter, confirmation letter, experience/service certificate, relieving letter, etc. Employees exit process. Employee details updating on Human Resource Information system (HRIS). Successfully managing Pre & Post Recruitment process, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Training & Development, Statutory compliances etc. Coordinating in HR Audits, HRM and complete Organizational Development. Co-coordinating in employee on-boarding, joining formalities etc.
