Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract potential candidates using various recruiting channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.

Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidates' skills and qualifications to ensure alignment with job requirements.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process from initial contact to final offer.

Candidate Experience: Provide a positive and professional experience for all candidates, regardless of the hiring outcome. Act as the first point of contact throughout the recruitment process.

Job Postings: Write and post job descriptions for various positions, ensuring they accurately represent the job role and attract qualified candidates.

Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job openings.

Data Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines, hiring progress, and candidate feedback, and provide regular updates to HR leadership on recruitment metrics.

Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
