HR Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our Human Resources department. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR tasks, supporting recruitment efforts, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining accurate employee records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes (scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, conducting inductions).

• Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and physical files.

• Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, leaves, etc.

• Prepare and manage HR documents like offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, etc.

• Ensure smooth exit formalities and full & final settlements.

• Monitor employee attendance and leave records.

• Support in payroll inputs and coordinate with the finance team.

• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal communication.

• Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.

• Support performance management and appraisal processes.

• Maintain confidentiality of employee data and sensitive information.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 1–3 years of relevant HR experience (preferably in a corporate or industrial setup).

• Good understanding of HR functions and best practices.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS software.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
