How You’ll Make an Impact Support the redesign and continuous improvement of HR processes to drive smarter, faster, and more intuitive service delivery Leverage data insights (CSat, ticketing, complaints) to proactively identify trends, uncover root causes, and co-develop targeted, sustainable improvements Partner closely with SMEs and cross-functional stakeholders to analyze process gaps and co-create scalable, efficient solutions, including automation and digital enhancements Contribute to establishing clear process standards, documentation, and performance tracking to ensure consistency, transparency, and continuous improvement Enable successful adoption of new processes through change support, while ensuring alignment with policies, governance, and regulatory requirements What You’ll Bring 5+ years’ experience and a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field Experience with process improvement methodologies like Six Sigma, Lean, or Kaizen Strong analytical skills and a knack for process mapping and redesign Familiarity with HRIS systems and automation tools Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities Bonus points for Lean Six Sigma certification or similar training ATTENTION: Current Alcon Employee/Contingent Worker If you are currently an active employee/contingent worker at Alcon, please click the appropriate link below to apply on the Internal Career site.
