About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic HR Assistant to lead end-to-end recruitment for various positions. The ideal candidate will be skilled in sourcing, screening, and onboarding sales talent through job portals and other channels, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Talent Sourcing:
o Post job openings on leading job portals.
o Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified sales candidates.
· Screening & Shortlisting:
o Review resumes and applications to identify suitable profiles.
o Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess communication, motivation, and sales aptitude.
· Interview Coordination:
o Schedule interviews with hiring managers and sales leadership.
o Ensure timely feedback and smooth communication between candidates and stakeholders.
· Recruitment Analytics:
o Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness).
o Provide regular reports and insights to HR leadership.
Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
· 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment.
· Strong knowledge of job portals and sourcing strategies.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver within deadlines.
